Despite the decision to delay the implementation of the integrated Medicaid managed care program in New York State, there remains a small window of time in which to assess how your organization will proceed under this new model.  It is only 6 months until the RFQ is scheduled to be released.  See the timeline at:

By the time the state releases the RFQ, it may be too late to assess and implement needed changes for your organization to compete effectively in the new world.  Thought leaders and large players are not waiting for details from the state. They recognize the urgency to act now.
